Interesting facts about me

Born in Razgrad, Bulgaria. Have Master Degree in Computer Science from the Varna Technical University. Currently working for an outsourcing software company as a developer (not very good though :) ). Spent 1 year in Irvine, CA, USA and another 6 months in Copenhagen, Denmark. In USA started to follow my child dream - to race cars.

Like reading about driving techniques, data acquisition, vehicle dynamics - although now it is mess in my head... trying to learn all at once and with almost no tracktime....

Sometimes when my 1994 Honda Civic is not in the garage waiting to be repaired go to amateur racing events - not many in Bulgaria.

Recently bought a 1984 Toyota Corolla AE86 and started restoring it and preparing eventually for fun at BG events. A lot of rust and currently learning to use MIG welder :).... if i have time during the weekend when i come back to my hometown.

In these days when there is so much information arround you it gets more and more harder to find good resources. Here in Bulgaria we have an expression - 'to find a needle in a pile of hale'. You know, sometimes Google is not your best friend - either because the good things are not indexed, or because you don't ask the right questions. I guess what i have found is that University online resources are a good place to look for advanced topics.

Here in Bulgaria the very few that are professionaly racing rarely rarely share any kind of information, so it is good to have forums like this where you can get so much useful information from a first hand experience and people that have knowledge of vehicle dynamics and Data Acquisition. This opens new and new fields of interests for me. When you are far from the professional motorsport it sometimes is hard to find out where to begin. I may not use everything in practice but that should not prevent me for searching for the best i can find. I thank you for this!
